Several hours after he was arrested Tuesday morning, Barron Hilton was bailed out of jail.

According to information obtained from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, the 18-year-old Hilton was released at 5:34 PM after posting $20,000 bail.

He was arrested in Malibu at 8:04 AM and booked into LASD’s Lost Hills station 31 minutes later.

After receiving a call about a black Mercedes, "weaving on the roadway and at times driving on the wrong side of the highway," police arrived on the scene, where Hilton had stopped. The teen blew a .14 blood alcohol reading, the LASD told Access Hollywood.

However, contrary to previous reports, Hilton has not been charged yet with DUI (a misdemeanor) or carrying a fake driver’s license (a felony).

The LASD told Access both charges have been handed to the DA’s office, which will determine if there is sufficient evidence to bring charges.

Hilton is scheduled to be arraigned on April 14.

According to deputies, Hilton also had a female passenger in the vehicle and, "apparently the female was driving the Mercedes prior to Hilton and was possibly involved in a collision."

The California Highway Patrol is handling the investigation involving the female passenger. When contacted by Access Hollywood, a spokesperson for CHP was not immediately available for comment.

Jamie Spears has won temporary legal control over his daughter, a judge ruled after a brief hearing Friday. He also has full control over her medical treatment.

Jamie now has the power to restrict any visitors to Britney. He is also in charge of arranging 24-hour caretakers for her, as well as security.

In addition, the judge gave Jamie the power to cut off all of the singer’s credit cards and to prosecute any restraining orders on her behalf.

He also has full control of her residence and can legally remove anyone who is staying there. In addition, he has the power to keep Britney in California.

Jamie has control until the next hearing, which is set for Monday afternoon.

A 21-day civil harassment restraining order was also granted against Sam Lutfi.

At the Friday hearing attended by both of Britney’s parents, Jamie’s attorneys had requested a conservatorship, which would allow him to make medical decisions on behalf of their daughter as well as control her finances.

Lindsay Lohan was slapped with a huge surprise while attending the Annual American Cinematheque Award honoring George Clooney Friday — a subpoena! And to make matters worse, it all went down on the red carpet.

It all started after the actress was approached by a woman who Lindsay assumed was an autograph seeker on her way out of the event. Lindsay said to the woman "You’re my first autograph!" to which the woman promptly answered "You’ve been served." According to witnesses, Lindsay then dropped the paperwork and chased after the process server. No word on whether she caught up to the process server.

The lawsuit involves Dina Lohan (Lindsay’s mother) who is being sued for fraud, theft, and violation of contract. The suit, filed in Las Vegas, claims Mama Lohan signed a contract with Antonio Almeida and Mitchell Chait authorizing them to manage Lindsay’s music career and record her album. The suit then claims Dina dumped the two managers and signed her daughter with Tommy Mottola’s Casablanca Records, who in turn produced Lindsay’s two albums. The suit seeks tens of thousands of dollars for cash the producers say they loaned to the Lohans.

TMZ spoke with Charles Coate, attorney for Almeida and Chait. He told us "[Lindsay] was in fact served in connection to the Vegas complaint. Also, Miss Lohan is only a witness, not a party in the case, and the allegations in the complaint speak for themselves."
